Parkview offers Spanish, German, and French
When it comes to foreign languages, Parkview gets serious. That's because research shows that students who study two years of language other than English score an average of 60 points higher on the SAT I Verbal Test and 48 point higher on the math test.
The 2010 U.S. Census showed that our populations are changing, and knowing a second language is a big plus going into college as well as into the job market. Students who learn a foreign language display more highly developed thinging skills, are more likely to succeed in college, and get better jobs upon graduation. With facts like that, the better question might be, "Where do I sign up?"
Foreign Language
Highly qualified instructors
What makes Parkview's foreign language program a cut above the rest is the outstanding faculty within that department. They hold students to rigorous standards. Students are challenged daily to strecth the limits of their abilities. The foreign language team expects students to achieve the highest level of reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills attainable in a classroom environment.
